Dozy ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Dozy mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Dozy is designed for parents, grandparents, and caregivers to create personalized bedtime stories for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
- Only adults (18+) may create accounts
- Voice recordings are of adult narrators, not children
- Children listen to stories but do not input any personal data
- Parents maintain full control over all account data
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete it.

- Account information (email, display name) when you sign up
- Voice recordings you create for voice cloning
- Usage data to improve our service
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe/Apple)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption
- Voice recordings are processed by ElevenLabs for AI voice cloning
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Voice recordings are retained until you delete them or your account
- Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics may be retained for service improvement
Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct your information
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
